  2. 2. Peel the fresh horseradish root and grate it finely using a kitchen grater. Distribute the grated horseradish evenly over the salmon. Wash the dill and watercress, shake them dry, and pluck the small leaves off the stems.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the fresh herbs over the salmon and cover the bagels with the toasted top halves. Place the finished bagels on plates and serve immediately.
