🍽️ Toasted Bagel with Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 Bagels
- 120 g cream cheese
- 160 g smoked salmon
- 3 cm fresh horseradish (or 2 tsp horseradish from the jar)
- 2 sprigs dill
- 3 sprigs watercress
Instructions
- 1. Slice the bagels horizontally in half and toast the halves in a toaster. Spread a thick layer of cream cheese onto the soft side of the bottom bagel halves, then top generously with smoked salmon.
- 2. Peel the fresh horseradish root and grate it finely using a kitchen grater. Distribute the grated horseradish evenly over the salmon. Wash the dill and watercress, shake them dry, and pluck the small leaves off the stems.
- 3. Sprinkle the fresh herbs over the salmon and cover the bagels with the toasted top halves. Place the finished bagels on plates and serve immediately.
