  1. 1. Cut the bagel in half horizontally and spread a thin layer of half-fat margarine on the cut sides. Place fresh lettuce leaves on the bottom half.
  2. 2. Roughly crumble the goat cream cheese and spread it over the lettuce. Drizzle some fig mustard on top and sprinkle the lentil sprouts evenly. Cover with the top half of the bagel and press down gently.
