🍳 Crunchy Bagels with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 Bagels
- 100 g Cream Cheese
- 2 tsp Capers
- 0.5 Onion
- 4 slices Salmon
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Slice the tops of the bagels flat and place them on a baking sheet. Toast them in the preheated oven until golden brown. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 2. Spread the toasted bagels generously with cream cheese. Place the smoked salmon slices on top and sprinkle the onion rings and capers over them. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
