  1. 1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, shake it dry, and cut it into fine strips. Peel the shallot, dice it finely, and sauté it in a pot with hot oil over medium heat until translucent (soft and see-through).
  2. 2. Add the wild garlic (except for 2 tablespoons for garnish), pour in the broth, and let the mixture simmer gently for 5 minutes. Puree the soup using a hand blender, stir in the coconut cream, bring it back to a boil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Serve the vegan wild garlic soup in soup bowls, sprinkle with the remaining wild garlic strips and flowers, and enjoy.
