🍽️ Creamy Wild Garlic Quark

Ingredients
- 125 ml heavy cream
- 1 bunch wild garlic
- 500 g quark (20% fat)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp chopped Italian herbs (frozen)
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream until stiff. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, shake off excess water, and remove the tough stems. Set aside a few nice leaves for decoration and finely chop the rest.
- 2. Mix the quark, whipped cream, chopped wild garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon zest well together. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Then fill it into small bowls and serve it with the reserved wild garlic leaves.
