Ingredients
- 200 g Quark
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- wild garlic leaves
Instructions
- 1. Wash the wood sorrel thoroughly, shake off excess water, and slice the leaves into thin strips.
- 2. Stir the quark until smooth with the cream, transfer the mixture to a small bowl, drizzle with two to three tablespoons of the wood sorrel dip (see recipe above), and garnish with the prepared wood sorrel strips.
