  4. 4. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly and shake off excess water.
  5. 5. Chop the wild garlic coarsely.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  7. 7. Add the roasted cashew nuts, spring onions, wild garlic, garlic, and lime juice to a bowl.
  8. 8. Use a hand blender (an electric device for crushing food) to puree the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
  9. 9. Slowly stir in the oil bit by bit until it is fully incorporated.
  10. 10. Season the dip to taste with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
