🍽️ Creamy Wild Garlic Dip with Cashews

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cashew nuts
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g wild garlic
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 100 ml rapeseed oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place the cashew nuts in a dry pan.
- 2. Roast the nuts until golden brown over medium heat without adding oil.
- 3. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings.
- 4. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly and shake off excess water.
- 5. Chop the wild garlic coarsely.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 7. Add the roasted cashew nuts, spring onions, wild garlic, garlic, and lime juice to a bowl.
- 8. Use a hand blender (an electric device for crushing food) to puree the mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
- 9. Slowly stir in the oil bit by bit until it is fully incorporated.
- 10. Season the dip to taste with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
