  1. 1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, shake off excess water, and chop it roughly. Puree the greens together with a splash of olive oil and a pinch of salt using a hand blender (immersion blender) until you have a coarse paste.
  2. 2. Beat the butter with the beaters of your hand mixer until it is creamy and fluffy. Stir in the wild garlic paste and season everything with fresh pepper. Mix the ingredients until you have a uniform mass. Fill the finished butter into a clean jar. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
