Ingredients
- 1 handful wild garlic
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g low-fat quark
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 4 slices whole grain bread
Instructions
- 1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, shake it dry, and chop it finely. Trim the spring onions, wash them, and slice them into thin rings.
- 2. In a bowl, mix low-fat curd cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, the spring onions, and three-quarters of the chopped wild garlic. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Spread the dip onto the whole grain bread and garnish it with the remaining wild garlic.
