Ingredients
- 40 g wild garlic (1 handful)
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 15 g hot mustard (1 tbsp)
- 4 tbsp walnut oil
- 60 g butter
- 60 g cream cheese
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 2. Roughly chop the wild garlic and walnuts. Place them in a blender with the mustard and oil, then blend until you have a smooth paste.
- 3. Mix the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the wild garlic walnut paste. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
