  1. 1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, shake it dry, and chop it coarsely. Set aside a small amount for garnishing. Crumble the feta and mix it in a bowl with the cream cheese, quark, and paprika powder.
  2. 2. Finely chop the olives. Stir them into the cheese cream along with two to three tablespoons of oil and the remaining wild garlic.
  3. 3. Squeeze the lemon. Season the cream with the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve the spread drizzled with the remaining oil and sprinkled with the wild garlic.
