Ingredients
- 100 g cream cheese (double cream stage)
- 150 g grated Gouda
- 2 dried tomatoes (preserved in oil)
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 chili pepper
- breadcrumbs (for rolling)
- oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and add the Gouda. Wash the chili, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and chop it finely.
- 2. Finely chop the tomatoes as well and add them to the cream cheese along with the parsley and chili. Mix everything well, season with salt and pepper, and shape into small balls.
- 3. Roll the balls in breadcrumbs and put them in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then fry them in hot oil until golden yellow. Let them drain on kitchen paper and serve with chili dip.
