🍽️ Crispy Oven Potatoes with Sage

Ingredients
- 800 g firm-boiling, medium-sized potatoes
- 2 sprigs sage
- sea salt
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 3. Using a sharp knife, make several shallow cuts into the potatoes without cutting all the way through.
- 4. Rinse the sage leaves briefly under cold water.
- 5. Shake off excess water and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 6. Insert two to three sage leaves into the cuts of each potato.
- 7. Season the potatoes with salt.
- 8. Drizzle the potatoes lightly with oil.
- 9. Place the potatoes on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
- 10. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
- 11. Remove the finished potatoes from the oven.
- 12. Serve the potatoes immediately.
