  3. 3. Boil the potatoes for 25 minutes until they are tender.
  4. 4. Drain the cooking water.
  5. 5. Add butter and cream to the potatoes.
  6. 6. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  7. 7. Mash the potatoes with a masher until smooth.
  8. 8. Wash the green beans and trim off the hard ends.
  9. 9. Boil the beans in heavily salted water for 8 minutes.
  10. 10. Drain the beans.
  11. 11. Wash the chicken and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
  12. 12. Cut the chicken into eight pieces.
  13. 13. Remove the skin from the chicken pieces.
  14. 14. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  15. 15. Grate the breadcrumbs finely.
  16. 16. Spread the flour on a plate.
  17. 17. Pour the egg mixture onto a second plate.
  18. 18. Place the breadcrumbs on a third plate.
  19. 19. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour first.
  20. 20. Dip the floured pieces into the egg mixture.
  21. 21. Roll the pieces in the breadcrumbs last.
  22. 22. Fry the breaded chicken pieces in batches in hot oil.
  23. 23. Fry the pieces for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
