Ingredients
- 6 carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly, peel them, and cut them into pieces about 2.5 centimeters thick and finger-long.
- 2. Place the carrot pieces in a large bowl, add olive oil, cinnamon, and flaxseeds, and mix everything well together.
- 3. Line a baking tray with baking paper, spread the carrots on it, and bake them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat (180 degrees Celsius fan-forced or gas mark 3) for 20 minutes.
- 4. Remove the carrots from the oven and let them cool down slightly before serving.
