  1. 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly, peel them, and cut them into pieces about 2.5 centimeters thick and finger-long.
  2. 2. Place the carrot pieces in a large bowl, add olive oil, cinnamon, and flaxseeds, and mix everything well together.
  3. 3. Line a baking tray with baking paper, spread the carrots on it, and bake them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat (180 degrees Celsius fan-forced or gas mark 3) for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the carrots from the oven and let them cool down slightly before serving.
