Ingredients
- 400 g young chard leaves
- 2 oranges
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 3 tbsp grapeseed oil
- salt
- cilantro (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the young chard leaves under running water.
- 2. Remove the tough stems from the leaves.
- 3. Let the leaves drain well.
- 4. Arrange the drained leaves on a large serving platter.
- 5. Peel the oranges completely.
- 6. Carefully cut out the orange segments.
- 7. Catch the released juice in a bowl.
- 8. Squeeze the remaining pulp to extract every drop of juice.
- 9. Whisk the collected juice with the honey.
- 10. Add the apple cider vinegar to the mixture.
- 11. Add the pine nuts to the mixture.
- 12. Add the oil to the mixture.
- 13. Season the dressing mixture with salt.
- 14. Drizzle the dressing mixture evenly over the chard leaves.
- 15. Arrange the orange segments on the salad.
- 16. Garnish the dish with fresh coriander leaves.
