🥤 Fresh Ayran with Mint

Ingredients
- 500 g Turkish yogurt
- 250 ml cold water
- 1 pinch salt
- juice of one lemon
- 0.5 bunch mint
Instructions
- 1. Stir the yogurt in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the water and keep stirring until a light foam forms.
- 2. Wash the mint, shake it dry, and chop it roughly. Fold the mint into the yogurt. Season the drink with salt and lemon juice, then serve in glasses.
