🍽️ Avocado wedges wrapped in ham

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 slices Parma ham
- 8 small wooden skewers
Instructions
- 1. Carefully cut the avocado lengthwise all the way around until you hit the pit. Twist the halves slightly to separate them. Remove the pit carefully. Peel the avocado halves and cut each into four long wedges.
- 2. Drizzle with lemon juice. Take one slice of ham and wrap it around one avocado wedge. Secure the wedges with small wooden skewers to keep them together.
