🍽️ Fresh Salad with Avocado and Tomato

Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 sprigs basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- 2 large ripe avocados
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into quarters.
- 2. Wash the basil and shake off excess water. Pluck the leaves from three stems and cut them into thin strips. Mix the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 3. Cut the avocados in half and carefully scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon. Set the empty shells aside.
- 4. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes. Add them to a large bowl along with the tomatoes, onions, basil, and dressing sauce. Toss everything gently and briefly to avoid crushing the avocado.
- 5. Taste the mixture and adjust with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice if needed. Fill the salad into the reserved avocado shells and serve it garnished with the remaining basil leaves.
