🍽️ Avocado puree with tomatoes on toasted baguette

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small white onion
- salt
- black pepper (from the mill)
- Tabasco
- 1 beef tomato
- 4 sprigs fresh cilantro
- 12 slices multigrain baguette
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
- 2. Remove the pit.
- 3. Scoop out the flesh.
- 4. Add the lemon juice.
- 5. Mash the avocado with a fork.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove.
- 7. Press the garlic into the avocado.
- 8. Dice the onion finely.
- 9. Mix the onion into the avocado.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and Tabasco.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- 12. Wash the tomato.
- 13. Cut the tomato in half.
- 14. Remove the inside of the tomato.
- 15. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
- 16. Wash the cilantro.
- 17. Shake the cilantro dry.
- 18. Chop the cilantro coarsely.
- 19. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- 20. Toast the slices in the hot oven for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- 21. Spread the avocado cream onto the hot bread slices.
- 22. Distribute the tomato cubes on top.
- 23. Season with salt and pepper.
- 24. Sprinkle fresh cilantro over it.
- 25. Serve the dish immediately.
