  3. 3. Scoop out the flesh.
  4. 4. Add the lemon juice.
  5. 5. Mash the avocado with a fork.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic clove.
  7. 7. Press the garlic into the avocado.
  8. 8. Dice the onion finely.
  9. 9. Mix the onion into the avocado.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and Tabasco.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  12. 12. Wash the tomato.
  13. 13. Cut the tomato in half.
  14. 14. Remove the inside of the tomato.
  15. 15. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
  16. 16. Wash the cilantro.
  17. 17. Shake the cilantro dry.
  18. 18. Chop the cilantro coarsely.
  19. 19. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  20. 20. Toast the slices in the hot oven for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  21. 21. Spread the avocado cream onto the hot bread slices.
  22. 22. Distribute the tomato cubes on top.
  23. 23. Season with salt and pepper.
  24. 24. Sprinkle fresh cilantro over it.
  25. 25. Serve the dish immediately.
