🍰 Avocado cream with fresh strawberries

Ingredients
- 1 vanilla pod
- 250 ml milk
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 600 g strawberries
Instructions
- 1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 2. Scrape out the tiny seeds from the pod.
- 3. Place the milk, vanilla seeds, and empty pod in a pot.
- 4. Heat the mixture and let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Let the milk cool down completely.
- 7. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk.
- 8. Cut the avocado in half.
- 9. Carefully remove the flesh.
- 10. Place the flesh, lemon juice, and cooled vanilla milk in a blender.
- 11. Puree everything until smooth.
- 12. Spread the cream onto your plates.
- 13. Wash the strawberries.
- 14. Pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 15. Remove the green stems.
- 16. Cut the berries into quarters or thin slices.
- 17. Arrange the strawberries nicely on top of the avocado cream.
