  7. 7. Scoop the flesh out of the skin.
  8. 8. Cut the flesh into coarse cubes.
  9. 9. Drizzle the avocado cubes with half of the lime juice.
  10. 10. Peel the bananas.
  11. 11. Cut the bananas into pieces.
  12. 12. Blend the banana pieces finely together with the avocado cubes.
  13. 13. Add the lime zest to the mixture.
  14. 14. Add the coconut milk to the mixture.
  15. 15. Add the cream cheese to the mixture.
  16. 16. Add the honey to the mixture.
  17. 17. Add the vanilla powder to the mixture.
  18. 18. Blend the entire mixture until it is creamy.
  19. 19. Season the mixture with the remaining lime juice.
  20. 20. Fill the pudding mixture into small bowls.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the avocado pudding with walnuts.
