  1. 1. Toast the pine nuts in a hot pan without oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, separate the flesh from the skin, cut it into small pieces and put it in a tall beaker.
  3. 3. Wash the basil, shake it dry and add it to the avocado together with the pine nuts and the lemon juice. Puree everything together with 3 tablespoons of water finely with a hand blender. Season the avocado pesto with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
