🍽️ Avocado Pesto

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts (30 g)
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 5 g Basil (1 handful)
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Toast the pine nuts in a hot pan without oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- 2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, separate the flesh from the skin, cut it into small pieces and put it in a tall beaker.
- 3. Wash the basil, shake it dry and add it to the avocado together with the pine nuts and the lemon juice. Puree everything together with 3 tablespoons of water finely with a hand blender. Season the avocado pesto with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
