🍽️ Creamy Avocado Dip with Curry Flavor

Ingredients
- 1 untreated lime
- 2 avocados
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tsp green curry paste
- salt
- red peppercorns (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lime under hot water and dry it thoroughly. Cut four thin slices from the peel and set them aside. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and peel them. Cut the flesh into coarse pieces and blend it together with the lime juice, crème fraîche, and curry paste until smooth.
- 3. Season the cream with salt to taste and divide it among four small plates. Garnish each plate with a piece of lime peel and three to four peppercorns.
