🍽️ Creamy Avocado Dip with Cilantro

Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime
- 5 sprigs cilantro
- salt
- black pepper
- cayenne pepper
- 5 chives
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallot and chop it into very small cubes.
- 2. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the pits and scoop the flesh out of the skins.
- 4. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Wash the cilantro and shake it dry thoroughly.
- 6. Chop the cilantro finely.
- 7. Puree the avocado flesh together with the lime juice and cilantro until smooth.
- 8. Stir the chopped shallot into the avocado mixture.
- 9. Season the dip to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- 10. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
- 11. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 12. Serve the dip sprinkled with a little cayenne pepper and the chive rings.
