🍳 Whole Grain Bread with Fresh Avocado Lime Cream and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 small organic lime
- 0.5 avocado
- salt
- black pepper
- 50 g whole grain bread (1 slice)
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 5 g cereal coffee (instant; 1 tbsp)
- 125 ml milk (1.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Hold the lime under hot running water to clean it.
- 2. Dry the lime with a clean cloth.
- 3. Grate the outer peel of the lime finely to collect the zest.
- 4. Squeeze the lime to extract the juice.
- 5. Take the half avocado and remove the large pit if it is still inside.
- 6. Peel the avocado with a vegetable peeler until only the green flesh remains.
- 7. Cut the avocado flesh into coarse cubes.
- 8. Place the avocado cubes into a small bowl.
- 9. Add the previously grated lime zest to the avocado in the bowl.
- 10. Add one tablespoon of lime juice to the avocado mixture.
- 11. Mash the avocado with a fork until a smooth cream forms.
- 12. Season the cream with a pinch of salt.
- 13. Season the cream with a pinch of pepper.
- 14. Taste the cream and add the remaining lime juice if needed to adjust the flavor.
- 15. Take the whole grain bread and spread the avocado cream evenly on it.
- 16. Wash the cherry tomatoes under running water.
- 17. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- 18. Place the halved tomatoes on the spread bread.
- 19. Pour fifty-seven milliliters of boiling water over the grain coffee.
- 20. Stir the milk into the coffee until it is dissolved.
- 21. Serve the finished drink together with the avocado bread.
