  1. 1. Hold the lime under hot running water to clean it.
  2. 2. Dry the lime with a clean cloth.
  3. 3. Grate the outer peel of the lime finely to collect the zest.
  4. 4. Squeeze the lime to extract the juice.
  5. 5. Take the half avocado and remove the large pit if it is still inside.
  6. 6. Peel the avocado with a vegetable peeler until only the green flesh remains.
  7. 7. Cut the avocado flesh into coarse cubes.
  8. 8. Place the avocado cubes into a small bowl.
  9. 9. Add the previously grated lime zest to the avocado in the bowl.
  10. 10. Add one tablespoon of lime juice to the avocado mixture.
  11. 11. Mash the avocado with a fork until a smooth cream forms.
  12. 12. Season the cream with a pinch of salt.
  13. 13. Season the cream with a pinch of pepper.
  14. 14. Taste the cream and add the remaining lime juice if needed to adjust the flavor.
  15. 15. Take the whole grain bread and spread the avocado cream evenly on it.
  16. 16. Wash the cherry tomatoes under running water.
  17. 17. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  18. 18. Place the halved tomatoes on the spread bread.
  19. 19. Pour fifty-seven milliliters of boiling water over the grain coffee.
  20. 20. Stir the milk into the coffee until it is dissolved.
  21. 21. Serve the finished drink together with the avocado bread.
