  1. 1. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
  2. 2. Carefully remove the pit.
  3. 3. Scoop the soft flesh out of the skin.
  4. 4. Puree the avocado together with the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. 5. Whip the cream until stiff.
  6. 6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the avocado mixture.
  7. 7. Season the cream with Tabasco, salt, and a splash of lemon juice.
  8. 8. Fill the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  9. 9. Pipe the cream into small glasses.
  10. 10. Rinse the salmon under running water.
  11. 11. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
  12. 12. Cut the salmon into small cubes.
  13. 13. Toss the cubes with one tablespoon of lemon juice.
  14. 14. Place the salmon cubes on top of the avocado cream.
  15. 15. Garnish the dish with fresh dill.
  16. 16. Serve the dish.
