🍽️ Creamy Avocado Mousse with Salmon Cubes

Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 ml whipping cream
- Tabasco
- salt
- lemon juice
- 100 g salmon fillet (skinless)
- dill tips (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
- 2. Carefully remove the pit.
- 3. Scoop the soft flesh out of the skin.
- 4. Puree the avocado together with the cream cheese until smooth.
- 5. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the avocado mixture.
- 7. Season the cream with Tabasco, salt, and a splash of lemon juice.
- 8. Fill the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- 9. Pipe the cream into small glasses.
- 10. Rinse the salmon under running water.
- 11. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 12. Cut the salmon into small cubes.
- 13. Toss the cubes with one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 14. Place the salmon cubes on top of the avocado cream.
- 15. Garnish the dish with fresh dill.
- 16. Serve the dish.
