Ingredients
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 garlic clove
- 120 g quark
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the egg in a pot of water until hard-boiled.
- 2. Let the egg cool down and then peel it.
- 3. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
- 4. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
- 5. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
- 6. Add the lemon juice to the avocado.
- 7. Mash the avocado with a fork until it forms a smooth paste.
- 8. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 9. Press the garlic directly into the avocado mixture using a garlic press.
- 10. Stir in the quark until a creamy paste forms.
- 11. Finely chop the boiled egg.
- 12. Gently fold the chopped egg into the quark mixture.
- 13. Season the dip generously with salt and pepper.
- 14. Garnish the finished dip with an avocado slice and fresh parsley.
- 15. Serve the spread on fresh country bread.
- 16. Garnish the slices with paper-thin radish slices and fresh cress.
