  4. 4. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
  5. 5. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the lemon juice to the avocado.
  7. 7. Mash the avocado with a fork until it forms a smooth paste.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic cloves.
  9. 9. Press the garlic directly into the avocado mixture using a garlic press.
  10. 10. Stir in the quark until a creamy paste forms.
  11. 11. Finely chop the boiled egg.
  12. 12. Gently fold the chopped egg into the quark mixture.
  13. 13. Season the dip generously with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Garnish the finished dip with an avocado slice and fresh parsley.
  15. 15. Serve the spread on fresh country bread.
  16. 16. Garnish the slices with paper-thin radish slices and fresh cress.
