🍽️ Grilled avocado with feta on toast

Ingredients
- 4 slices dark rye bread
- 2 avocados
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g sheep's milk cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
Instructions
- 1. Toast the bread slices on the grill. Peel the avocados, cut them in half, remove the pit, and brush the cut surfaces with the oil. Place them on the grill for two to three minutes.
- 2. Remove the toasted bread slices from the grill and crumble the feta over them. Place one avocado half on each slice, gently mash it with a fork, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve.
