  1. 1. Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them lengthwise into rounds about 1 centimeter thick. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Celsius for fan-assisted or gas mark 2-3) for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the eggs in it for 10 minutes. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice it thinly.
  3. 3. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool down slightly. Then spread cream cheese over them.
  4. 4. Arrange the avocado slices on top and grate the boiled egg over them. Season the toasts with salt and pepper and serve.
