🥤 Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 spring onion
- 2 avocados
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 500 ml kefir
- 450 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
- 2 handfuls ice cubes
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the cilantro, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Trim the spring onions, rinse them, let them drain, and slice them into thin rings.
- 2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh out of the skins with a spoon and place it in a blender or tall container along with the cilantro and spring onion rings.
- 3. Squeeze the lime. Add 3 tablespoons of juice, wasabi paste (a spicy Japanese paste), kefir (a fermented milk drink), and yogurt to the avocado mixture.
- 4. Blend everything in a blender or with a hand blender (an electric immersion blender). Add the ice cubes gradually. Season the avocado smoothie with salt and pepper and pour it into glasses.
