  3. 3. Cut the soft avocado flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the apples completely.
  5. 5. Cut the peeled apples into four equal quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the hard core area from the center of the apple pieces.
  7. 7. Squeeze the halved lime to extract the juice.
  8. 8. Place the avocado cubes into a blender.
  9. 9. Add the prepared apple pieces to the blender.
  10. 10. Pour the lime juice into the blender.
  11. 11. Add the matcha powder to the blender.
  12. 12. Add the maple syrup to the blender.
  13. 13. Pour the buttermilk into the blender.
  14. 14. Add the quark to the blender.
  15. 15. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  16. 16. Blend all ingredients very finely until a smooth mixture forms.
