🥤 Creamy Avocado Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 2 apples (Granny Smith)
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp matcha tea powder (for sprinkling)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 300 g curd cheese
- 6 ice cubes
- chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocados in half.
- 2. Remove the large pits from the avocado halves.
- 3. Cut the soft avocado flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Peel the apples completely.
- 5. Cut the peeled apples into four equal quarters.
- 6. Remove the hard core area from the center of the apple pieces.
- 7. Squeeze the halved lime to extract the juice.
- 8. Place the avocado cubes into a blender.
- 9. Add the prepared apple pieces to the blender.
- 10. Pour the lime juice into the blender.
- 11. Add the matcha powder to the blender.
- 12. Add the maple syrup to the blender.
- 13. Pour the buttermilk into the blender.
- 14. Add the quark to the blender.
- 15. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- 16. Blend all ingredients very finely until a smooth mixture forms.
- 17. Pour the finished smoothie into a glass.
- 18. Sprinkle a pinch of chili powder on top as garnish if desired.
