🍽️ Creamy Avocado Lime Drink

Ingredients
- 250 ml buttermilk (with butter flakes)
- 100 ml milk
- 1 fully ripe avocado
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp apple syrup
- 1 pinch horseradish (jar)
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lime in half.
- 2. Slice a thin piece from each lime half.
- 3. Set the lime slices aside for garnish.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lime parts.
- 5. Cut the avocado in half.
- 6. Remove the avocado pit.
- 7. Scoop out the avocado flesh.
- 8. Add the avocado to a blender.
- 9. Add the horseradish to the blender.
- 10. Add the milk to the blender.
- 11. Add the lime juice to the blender.
- 12. Add the apple syrup to the blender.
- 13. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
- 14. Gently stir the buttermilk into the puree mixture by hand.
- 15. Season the drink with a pinch of salt.
- 16. Pour the mixture into glasses.
- 17. Place a lime slice on the rim of each glass.
- 18. Sprinkle ground black pepper over the shake.
- 19. Serve the drink.
- 20. Serve fresh pumpernickel bread alongside.
