🍰 Creamy Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 40 g cocoa powder
- 40 ml honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 0.5 tsp chia seeds (ground)
- 12 raspberries
- 1 tsp coconut flakes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and spoon the flesh into a blender.
- 2. Add coconut milk, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla powder, and ground chia seeds.
- 3. Blend everything until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
- 4. Chill the mousse in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight before serving. Wash the raspberries, remove any stems, and pat them dry. Garnish the finished mousse with the raspberries and toasted coconut flakes.
