🥗 Avocado Salad with Shrimp and Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 150 g Mozzarella
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 avocados
- 125 g shrimp
- 1 box cress
Instructions
- 1. Cut the mozzarella into wedges. Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, and olive oil. Pour the mixture over the mozzarella.
- 2. Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Peel the avocado halves and slice them.
- 3. Arrange the mozzarella, avocado, and shrimp on plates. Drizzle the remaining marinade over them. Trim the cress and use it to garnish the appetizer plates.
