🍽️ Crispy Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1.5 avocados
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mustard (medium hot)
- 4 slices sandwich bread (whole grain)
- 80 g low-fat cream cheese
- 100 g turkey ham (thinly sliced)
- 4 tbsp radish sprouts or cress
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the avocados and cut them in half.
- 2. Remove the pit and slice the flesh into very thin pieces.
- 3. Place the avocado slices in a small bowl.
- 4. Drizzle them immediately with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 5. Place the bread slices on a cutting board.
- 6. Flatten them with a rolling pin to make them thinner.
- 7. Toast the slices briefly in a pan or toaster until golden brown.
- 8. Spread the toast slices evenly with cream cheese.
- 9. Top two slices with the turkey slices.
- 10. Mix the honey and mustard in a small bowl.
- 11. Spread the mixture over the turkey.
- 12. Arrange the avocado slices on top.
- 13. Add the sprouts.
- 14. Season the sandwich to taste with salt and pepper.
- 15. Cover the filling with the remaining toast slices.
- 16. Press the sandwich gently together.
- 17. Cut it diagonally in half.
- 18. Serve immediately.
