🍽️ Crispy Avocado Fries

Ingredients
- 1 piece Parmesan (20 g; 32% fat in dry matter)
- 4 tbsp whole wheat breadcrumbs (40 g)
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds (30 g)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 avocados
- 1 egg
Instructions
- 1. Grate the Parmesan very finely.
- 2. Mix the grated Parmesan with the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- 3. Season the dry mixture with a pinch of salt and some pepper.
- 4. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl until it is airy.
- 5. Cut the avocados in half.
- 6. Remove the pit from the avocado halves.
- 7. Carefully take the flesh out of the skin.
- 8. Cut the flesh into wedges.
- 9. Coat the avocado pieces first in the egg mixture.
- 10. Then roll the avocado pieces in the Parmesan-sesame mixture.
- 11. Place the breaded avocado wedges on a baking sheet.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat (convection 160 degrees or gas mark 2-3).
- 13. Bake the avocado sticks for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
