🍽️ Avocado with sheep's cheese and grilled lime

Ingredients
- 3 untreated limes
- 2 ripe avocados
- 200 g feta
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt (from the mill)
- pepper (from the mill)
- herbs (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the limes under hot water and dry them well. Cut two of the limes in half and squeeze the juice from the remaining limes. Place the lime halves cut-side down on a hot grill and let them turn golden brown.
- 2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Take the flesh out of the skin and cut it into small cubes. Drizzle some lime juice over them. Cut the sheep's cheese into coarse pieces.
- 3. Mix the oil with two tablespoons of lime juice, the avocado cubes, and the sheep's cheese. Fill the mixture into small bowls and season with salt and pepper. Serve the dish garnished with half a grilled lime and fresh herbs.
