  1. 1. Cut the cod fillet into small cubes.
  2. 2. Process the fish cubes in the food processor until finely minced.
  3. 3. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
  5. 5. Carefully scoop out the flesh from the shells.
  6. 6. Mash the removed flesh with a fork.
  7. 7. Mix the cod paste and the mashed avocado flesh in a bowl.
  8. 8. Stir the cassava flour into the fish-avocado mixture.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
  10. 10. Fill the empty avocado halves with the prepared mixture.
  11. 11. Cut the leaf salad into thin strips.
  12. 12. Arrange the salad strips on the plates.
  13. 13. Place the stuffed avocado halves on top of the salad.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the avocados with diced bell peppers.
  15. 15. Garnish the dish to taste with additional bell pepper cubes and thin olive slices.
