🍳 Avocado Cottage Cheese Spread on Crunchy Cracker Bread

Ingredients
- 125 g Cottage Cheese
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder (hot)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 8 slices Whole Grain Crispbread
- 2 tbsp Almond Kernels
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Chive Stalks (for Garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Put the cottage cheese into a small bowl.
- 2. Add paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Stir the ingredients well until a creamy mixture forms.
- 4. Take the crispbread to hand.
- 5. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly over the bread slices.
- 6. Sprinkle chopped almonds over the spread.
- 7. Press the almonds down lightly so they stick.
- 8. Peel the avocado.
- 9. Cut the avocado in half.
- 10. Remove the pit carefully.
- 11. Slice the flesh into thin pieces.
- 12. Drizzle the avocado slices immediately with lemon juice.
- 13. This prevents the slices from turning brown.
- 14. Place the avocado slices on the prepared crispbread.
- 15. Season the avocado with freshly ground pepper.
- 16. Chop fresh chives finely.
- 17. Sprinkle the finished breads with the chives.
- 18. Serve the crispbread immediately.
