🍽️ Creamy Avocado Lime Dip

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 bunch cilantro (20 g)
- 50 ml lime juice
- 4 tbsp soy yogurt alternative (80 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (20 g)
- salt
- pepper
- chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
- 2. Carefully remove the pit.
- 3. Dice the soft flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Rinse the fresh cilantro leaves under running water.
- 5. Shake the leaves dry.
- 6. Pick the leaves off the stems.
- 7. Place the avocado cubes into a tall container.
- 8. Add the cilantro.
- 9. Add the lime juice.
- 10. Add the yogurt to the container.
- 11. Add the olive oil.
- 12. Add 4 to 6 tablespoons of water to the mixture.
- 13. Puree everything with a hand blender (an electric mixer with a long shaft) until smooth.
- 14. Season the dressing with salt to your taste.
- 15. Season the dressing with black pepper to your taste.
- 16. Season the dressing with chili flakes to your taste.
