  3. 3. Dice the soft flesh into small cubes.
  4. 4. Rinse the fresh cilantro leaves under running water.
  5. 5. Shake the leaves dry.
  6. 6. Pick the leaves off the stems.
  7. 7. Place the avocado cubes into a tall container.
  8. 8. Add the cilantro.
  9. 9. Add the lime juice.
  10. 10. Add the yogurt to the container.
  11. 11. Add the olive oil.
  12. 12. Add 4 to 6 tablespoons of water to the mixture.
  13. 13. Puree everything with a hand blender (an electric mixer with a long shaft) until smooth.
