🥗 Fresh Avocado and Coriander Salad with Lime Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 limes
- 3 avocados
- 0.5 bunch cilantro
- 1 small green chili pepper
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the limes thoroughly under hot water and pat them dry. Grate a little of the zest and squeeze the juice from the fruits.
- 2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Slice the flesh into strips, peel them, and dice the avocado. Immediately mix the avocado cubes with the lime juice.
- 3. Wash the coriander, shake it dry, and chop it roughly. Stir the herbs into the avocado. Wash the chili pepper, cut it in half lengthwise, remove seeds and white inner membranes, and dice the flesh finely.
- 4. Fold the chili cubes into the salad. Season with salt and pepper and let the mixture infuse for about 30 minutes. Serve the salad slightly chilled.
