  6. 6. Peel the skin off the avocado wedges.
  7. 7. Drizzle the avocado with lemon juice immediately to prevent browning.
  8. 8. Wash the leek thoroughly.
  9. 9. Slice the leek into thin rings.
  10. 10. Take the peaches out of the can or jar.
  11. 11. Slice the peaches into thin wedges.
  12. 12. Put all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
  13. 13. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well together.
  14. 14. Season the salad with oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
