Ingredients
- 200 g very ripe avocado (1 very ripe avocado)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lime
- 150 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon and place it in a bowl.
- 2. Mash the avocado flesh roughly with a fork.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and pat them dry. Cut them into quarters, remove the hard stem ends and seeds. Dice the flesh finely. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Rinse the lime under hot water and dry it. Grate 2 teaspoons of zest, halve the fruit and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. Stir three-quarters of the diced tomatoes, the yogurt, and the garlic into the avocado puree. Season with salt, cayenne pepper, 2 to 3 tablespoons of lime juice, and the lime zest. Sprinkle the remaining diced tomatoes over the dip.
