Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 125 g yogurt
- 125 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Place it in a bowl and drizzle immediately with the lemon juice to prevent browning. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Press the garlic clove directly into the avocado using a garlic press. Puree everything together with the yogurt until smooth. Season the dip to taste with salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
