  1. 1. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  2. 2. Trim the hard ends off the spring onions.
  3. 3. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  4. 4. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Remove the large pit from the avocado half.
  6. 6. Scoop out the soft flesh of the avocado.
  7. 7. Dice the avocado flesh into small cubes.
  8. 8. Set aside four tablespoons of the avocado cubes.
  9. 9. Add the lemon juice to the four tablespoons of avocado.
  10. 10. Add the dill to the four tablespoons of avocado.
  11. 11. Mix the avocado, lemon juice, and dill together.
  12. 12. Set the avocado-dill mixture aside.
  13. 13. Place the remaining avocado part into a blender.
  14. 14. Add the sliced spring onions to the blender.
  15. 15. Blend the avocado and spring onions until smooth.
  16. 16. Add the yogurt to the avocado mixture.
  17. 17. Add the sour cream to the avocado mixture.
  18. 18. Stir the yogurt and sour cream in well.
  19. 19. Pour the broth into the soup gradually.
  20. 20. Continue stirring while adding the broth.
  21. 21. Season the soup with Tabasco to taste.
  22. 22. Season the soup with Worcestersauce to taste.
  23. 23. Ladle the finished soup into small bowls.
  24. 24. Flake the smoked trout into bite-sized pieces.
  25. 25. Place the trout pieces on top of the soup.
  26. 26. Place the remaining avocado cubes on top of the soup.
  27. 27. Serve the dish immediately.
