🥤 Fresh Avocado Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 3 sprigs lemon balm
- lemons
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 250 ml apple juice (unfiltered)
- mineral water
Instructions
- 1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
- 2. Carefully remove the large pit.
- 3. Scoop the soft flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 4. Wash the lemon balm thoroughly under running water.
- 5. Shake the leaves dry.
- 6. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 7. Set aside a few nice leaves for decoration.
- 8. Put the avocado flesh into a blender.
- 9. Add the juice from the lemon and the apple.
- 10. Add the lemon balm leaves to the blender.
- 11. Add the olive oil to the blender.
- 12. Puree the ingredients until smooth.
- 13. Dilute the mixture with cold mineral water.
- 14. Pour the drink into glasses.
- 15. Garnish the drink with the reserved lemon balm leaves.
