  1. 1. Put flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl and mix everything well with the sugar.
  2. 2. Press a well into the center of the bowl and pour in the milk and water. Stir the mixture quickly with a hand mixer and dough hooks until you have a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Shape the dough on a baking sheet into a round loaf. Brush the surface with a little milk and dust it lightly with flour. Then cut a cross into the top with a sharp knife.
  4. 4. Bake the bread at about 200 degrees Celsius for around 45 minutes. After 30 minutes, sprinkle cheese over it and continue baking until the crust is golden brown.
