Ingredients
- 12 oysters
- 4 tbsp tomato puree
- 100 g ketchup
- 50 g yogurt salad cream
- 1 tsp horseradish
- lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- lemon wedges (to serve)
Instructions
- 1. Carefully open the oysters and place them on a plate with crushed ice.
- 2. Mix the tomato puree with the ketchup, salad cream, and horseradish. Season the sauce with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and cayenne pepper. Fill the dip sauce into small bowls and serve it together with lemon wedges and the oysters as an appetizer.
