Ingredients
- 12 oysters
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 apple
- chervil (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Open the oyster shells and carefully remove the meat.
- 2. Catch the released liquid and strain it through a fine sieve to clean it.
- 3. Whisk the filtered liquid thoroughly with the olive oil.
- 4. Place the oyster meat back into the shell half.
- 5. Wash the apple and cut it into four quarters.
- 6. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
- 7. Slice the apple pieces into thin strips.
- 8. Distribute the apple strips over the oysters.
- 9. Drizzle everything with the oil-liquid mixture.
- 10. Garnish the oysters with chervil.
- 11. Serve the finished oysters.
