  2. 2. Catch the released liquid and strain it through a fine sieve to clean it.
  3. 3. Whisk the filtered liquid thoroughly with the olive oil.
  4. 4. Place the oyster meat back into the shell half.
  5. 5. Wash the apple and cut it into four quarters.
  6. 6. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
  7. 7. Slice the apple pieces into thin strips.
  8. 8. Distribute the apple strips over the oysters.
  9. 9. Drizzle everything with the oil-liquid mixture.
  10. 10. Garnish the oysters with chervil.
  11. 11. Serve the finished oysters.
